AGLC Calgary office: Sign ups by appointment only Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please call 403-292-7300 or email calgaryreception@aglc.ca to set up a time to enrol in the Self-Exclusion Program.
AGLC Red Deer office: Sign ups by appointment only Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please call 403-314-2656 to set up a time to enrol in the Self-Exclusion Program.
AGLC Grande Prairie office: Sign ups by appointment only Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please call 780-832-3000 to set up a time to enrol in the Self-Exclusion Program.
AGLC Lethbridge office: Sign ups by appointment only Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please call 403-331-6500 to set up a time to enrol in the Self-Exclusion Program.

Play Alberta: To self-exclude from Play Alberta only, please contact 1-833-920-1447.
